Full-time, Entry-Level Support Position in Philadelphia

Company:
Message Agency

Message Agency is seeking to add a developer to help serve our growing list of clients in the support cycle. We have an 80% client retention rate and support most of the sites we build (so we build them right the first time). We also have a dedicated support team. We are looking for a junior developer who is familiar with Drupal or other CMSs to help solve trouble tickets, perform site upgrades, and build new features that clients request. This is an entry-level position and is intended as a training opportunity for someone to grow into a more advanced development position in the future.

Women, people of color, and folks who are differently abled are very encouraged to apply.  We have an extremely diverse team (50% women, 40% POC, 39% LGBT) and seek to keep it that way.

You would be configuring Drupal, doing light front-end development, applying security patches, addressing tickets, and meeting with clients.
